SoiCentre is a community learning centre that houses and dispatches our SoiSchool cars to the neighbourhood. SoiCentre welcomes all families from the community. We have special extracurricular programs, parent workshops, events and more.
Who We Are
SoiSchool is a mobile early years school for communities, focusing on outdoor play-based learning for children ages 3-10
SoiSchool comes to you. We work with residential communities to run classes in safe green spaces near your home.
Each class is 2 hours long and run by a qualified native speaking teacher and a teaching assistant at a teacher-child ratio of 1:5 for a secure and personalised learning experience.
Classes are conducted in English, with Thai support, and are for children of two age groups: 3-6 and 7-10 years old. Class times are 9-11 am and 4-6 pm with flexible term structures to choose from; termly or yearly.
How SoiSchool Works?
A SoiSchool car arrives in your residential community with a car full of books, loose parts and other fun learning resources.
Our qualified native teacher and teaching assistant inspect the outdoor area to make sure it is safe before setting up the learning space. Class venue is near your home so we encourage parents and children to walk to our SoiSchool class!
The class runs for 2 hours. Our teacher and teaching assistant facilitate the children with the play experiences sparked by the children themselves. There will also be various opportunities for project-based learning and exhibition.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch the children at the beginning but we recommend watching from afar so the children can fully focus their time with teachers and friends. Your child will meet with the same teacher and teaching assistant each week to allow them to build a relationship so that they can be confident to explore in their play.
